个人概况
徐永杰,男,河南商城人。博士,教授,硕士生导师,河南省青年骨干教师,河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,河南省大别山农业生物资源保护工程技术研究中心主任,主要从事动物分子遗传等方面的教学科研工作。教学方面,主讲本科生《生物化学》、《生物技术大实验》以及研究生《高级生物化学》、《表观遗传学》等课程;科研方面,主要研究领域和方向包括动物肌肉发育与脂肪沉积的分子调控机制、动物雄性生殖调控、动物功能基因组学等,围绕这些领域主持承担了国家自然科学基金、河南省自然科学基金、河南省科技攻关、河南省高层次人才国际化培养项目等10余项。国家自然科学基金委通讯评审专家,浙江省科技项目评审专家,教育部学位中心学位论文通讯评议专家,河南省遗传学会理事;Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology杂志review editor, FASEB J、JAS、JCP、Gene、遗传、农业生物技术学报等国内外杂志审稿人。以第一或通讯作者在Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology、Open biology、Genomics、Cells、Journal of Proteomics、BMB Reports、畜牧兽医学报等国内外重要学术期刊发表学术论文40余篇;以副主编在科学技术出版社出版专著1部,授权国家发明专利1项;获第四届中国畜牧科技优秀论文奖和河南省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖各1项,荣获信阳市第十届青年科技奖,入选河南省高层次人才C类,被评为信阳师范学院第二届“十佳导师”;指导硕士研究生8人,其中3人获得研究生国家奖学金,5人毕业论文被评为信阳师范学院优秀硕士论文,1人毕业论文被评为河南省优秀硕士学位论文。
